What is the VCNO Standards of Conduct Application?

The Vice Chief of Naval Operations (VCNO) Standards of Conduct application is a mobile iteration of the VCNO's Standards of Conduct Guidance Memorandum for All Flag Officers. It serves as a valuable resource for officers and their teams in overseeing and upholding a thorough ethics program. The application furnishes overarching direction on Navy Standards of Conduct, concise summaries, tools, and references for frequently encountered subject matters.

Appropriately beneficial for Commanding Officers, Judge Advocates/General Counsel, Ethics Counselors, and others, the VCNO's Memorandum for All Flag Officers and assorted Point Papers constitute the core guidance within the application. In addition to these documents, the app features Best Practice forms and checklists, along with dynamic and interactive tools aimed at aiding users in grasping the practical implementation of Standards of Conduct guidance.
