What is the VCNO Standards of Conduct Application?

The Vice Chief of Naval Operations (VCNO) Standards of Conduct application is a mobile iteration of the VCNO's Standards of Conduct Guidance Memorandum for All Flag Officers. It serves as a valuable resource for officers and their teams in overseeing and upholding a thorough ethics program. The application furnishes overarching direction on Navy Standards of Conduct, concise summaries, tools, and references for frequently encountered subject matters.

Appropriately beneficial for Commanding Officers, Judge Advocates/General Counsel, Ethics Counselors, and others, the VCNO's Memorandum for All Flag Officers and assorted Point Papers constitute the core guidance within the application.
